The National Center for Industrial Property Information and Training (INPIT), an administrative office created by the Japan Patent Office (JPO), will open its “INPIT Kinki Administration Headquarters” on Monday, July 31, 2017. The headquarters will offer advanced, specialized IP support, including internet-based/in-person interviews with patent examiners for applicants /representatives in Japan’s Kinki area (encompassing the prefectures of Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, etc.).
