Our partner and patent attorney Mr. Masaki Morishima and trademark attorney Mr. Eiji Tanoue will present talks on October 16, 2018, at the “Business in the Far East with IP – Patents, Designs, Trademarks as competitive tools for Italian excellence” IP strategy seminar in Milano, Italy.



The one-day seminar, which will cover topics such as contracts, patent/trademark filing, design protection, and infringement, aims to provide Italian companies with the latest information necessary to do business effectively in Japan, China, and South Korea. The event will feature in-depth presentations and panel discussions on IP and Business issues by professionals from three countries; and presentations on company experience by representatives from Italian companies such as Ferrari and Aeffe Group. Masaki and Eiji will each provide presentations during the event, and also participate in the panel discussions.
